A new emblem for a new era was the client brief as the original dragon emblem had been associated with Fairlie since the early 19th century.
A new breed of boat was created - the Niebla and a new identity was required to reflect this new design of a classic yacht.
We set about streamlining the shape of a new dragon, eliminating overcomplicated detail and replacing it with more dynamic detailing in other areas within the figure.
In contrast to the other platforms we generally work in, the end result was carved into the side of the hull and inset with palladium; it's a striking design for a bold new era.
